Telemedicine Advocacy

Boston Children’s Hospital has been a national leader in using innovations in telehealth to care for our patients. The expansion of telehealth use during the COVID-19 health emergency has enabled providers to continue to care for our patients and has become an important tool in many areas of care across the hospital. Maintaining telehealth payment parity and access will be critical to safely reopening the hospital while allowing us to continue providing world class care to the children we serve.

Action Alert: The governor and state legislators will need to hear from the frontlines about how and why telehealth is so critical to the patients and providers at Boston Children’s Hospital as we transition out of this crisis and into a new normal healthcare landscape. Sign up below to receive information and action alerts to make expanded telehealth coverage a permanent change in Massachusetts.
